Marijuana should be legalized, and could be taxed and regulated, it should absolutely be decriminalised. I strongly believe that those who were imprisoned for drug offenses should be immediately released in addition to the legalization of marijuana.
@96CRC9R2yrs2Y
yes but it should be legal to those who have permits
@97YCF7S2yrs2Y
Yes, but it's use should be limited to private locations

Put resources into enforcement of current laws. More garda, more prison places, judges willing to clean up society
@9ZM3M6D6 days6D
a mixture of both: yes, and immediately release anyone serving time solely for drug offenders & legalise, tax and regulate marijuana

Should have a 2 year trial. If adverse effects occur continue to criminalise. However legalisation would create huge capital through sales tax tourism and could see current addiction levels from hard class A drugs drop

It should be legalised for health and medical benefits but also for people over a certain age due to the long term effects from people who smoke at an early age due to brain development.

I don’t believe that it should be criminalised but I don’t think it’s the most harmful drug there is. I don’t think it should be made avaliable in your local shop but I don’t think there should be a ban on it and penalties for being caught with it.
