Marijuana should be legalized, and could be taxed and regulated, it should absolutely be decriminalised. I strongly believe that those who were imprisoned for drug offenses should be immediately released in addition to the legalization of marijuana.
@96CRC9R3yrs3Y
yes but it should be legal to those who have permits
@97YCF7S3yrs3Y
Yes, but it's use should be limited to private locations

Treat it the same as alcohol. Regulate the strains being grown, regulate the conditions in which they are grown in. Allow citizens to grow up to one plant themselves.

From experience it is a burden on the public (new york, amsterdam). I'm not against it in principle, but public use should be limited. Think on premises licenses, similar to pubs. Go smoke it in a location, this creates economic activity. Or maybe at home. I don't want people smoking it on every street in a captial.

If cigarettes are allowed, and even kill but are still sold, natural , regulated tested cannabis should be legalised, but not sold by random dealers, taxed, and owned by government
@B2GVP7S9mos9MO
Yes, but a lot of consultation would be required and only for medical use in exceptional cases (for example cancer patients or multiple sclerosis)

I think legalize it but put out the true information about the benefits but also about the dangers and let people make their own choice on it
