Abortion is murder and should be treated as such with the same punishment as murder therefore we news to legalise the death penalty for murderers and women who got an abortion

 @9ZDFDFGagreed…5mos5MO

Pro-life

Engaged Abortion

Abortion is murder. If the same energies were spent on helping women in these ‘crisis’ pregnancies (there’s actually no such thing) as is currently being spent on the provision and promotion deliberate infanticide it would be a much better option

 @9KZLTFBIndependent Leftanswered…1yr1Y

A woman has a right to abortion if she has been sexually abused or if birth control failed, banning abortion will only create a massive problem of unwanted children

 @9NPFWRLdisagreed…11mos11MO

Did the baby do anything to her by that means I have the right to drop kick a child across the country

A woman does not have a right to kill an unborn child no one has. By you're means I can drop kick a child across the country because I didn't want it

 @B2D2W3Lcommented…3mos3MO

Pro-life, and I also oppose abortion for victims of rape and incest

Massive?

 @9HRSCWPAontúanswered…1yr1Y

Pro-life, even for victims of rape and incest, and provide financial and social aid for mothers in need

 @9ZDFDFGagreed…5mos5MO

Pro-life

Engaged Abortion

I knew of two men whose father was also their grandfather. Obviously the grandfathers were the villains but the men were innocent and thankfully lived long rewarding lives. They were the result of incest. Try and explain to them that their lives matter less?

 @9ZBYDRMSinn Féin answered…5mos5MO

Pro choice, pro abortion, it is absolutely no man’s business to even have an opinion on the first place. If men were the ones that were getting pregnant, abortion wouldn’t even be a debatable topic, they’d be happening all day every day.

 @9JNZJ3KSinn Féinanswered…1yr1Y

I categorically support abortions because if they are banned it can lead to death in certain cases. I have in mind that if the life of a pregnant woman is in danger because of the poor development of the fetus or some other health problem and if abortions are prohibited, it can be dangerous. Every woman should be able to decide for herself what to do with her body. I STRONGLY SUPPORT ABORTION.

 @9L3CVYSFine Gaelanswered…1yr1Y

Pro-choice, but the government should not encourage or fund any abortions since a significant proportion of citizens/taxpayers have a moral objection to them

 @9H6K7V6answered…1yr1Y

There is very severe circumstances where abortion is nessesary, but I believe people shouldn’t forget it’s still murder. Life is being taken away from another human. It shouldn’t be governments decision what people do with their body but I believe abortion should not be idolised or promoted and the harsh truth of how devastating they are needs to be recognised. Abortions are a last resort and that option should be there for a person who feels they have absolutely no other choice. It’s worth noting that a pregnancy interfering on university or career is not a valid reason to end a life. Absolutely everyone in Ireland has access to the cheapest and most effective form of contraception- condoms

 @8YM3DLCanswered…3yrs3Y

 @9JB2VW2answered…1yr1Y

i believe in a womens choice to her body, however, i dont agree with wanted pregnancy loss that requires medical termination, being treated the same as elective abortion

 @97YB2KJanswered…2yrs2Y

Pro-choice, but I maintain it is technically the ending of a human life. People should have the right to take the moral decision for themselves of whether to end the, very premature, life of their unborn born, who will not know that their life was ended.

 @9ZBRP4Qanswered…5mos5MO

Pro choice , a women’s body is her body her choice no one should have any say on any other person body

 @9KRV8DYLabouranswered…1yr1Y

If child has no disabilities it must be illegal to got through abortion, if the child does have disabilities they are more than welcome to, a child can't be aborted due to gender

 @AdamjnrGreenanswered…4yrs4Y

Pro-choice, and providing birth control, sex education, and more social services will help reduce the number of abortions, but ban after the first 12 weeks. Too dangerous for the mother if full ban.

 @9ZH3TJ9Sinn Féinanswered…5mos5MO

Pro-choice but put a cap on the amount of abortions one person can have. It should be taught in schools that it is not a contraceptive.

 @9HSX74ZFianna Fáilanswered…1yr1Y

Pro-life, but allow them to abort if its rape incest or danger to mother or child and financially can’t be sustained

 @9GPPGBHanswered…1yr1Y

Abortion should be allowed for instences were the child will have an impacted life due to deformations and certain illnesses which would make the life of the child harder

 @9MYWS96answered…11mos11MO

As pro-life as I can possibly be without requiring a legal ban. In other words I do not like abortion but can't bring myself to cast judgement on those who feel it necessary.

 @98V5BH5answered…2yrs2Y

Pro-Life but don't feel the right to tell others what to do or the government to do so.

 @B4LP829answered…1wk1W

Peopel that have been raped, especially children that get impregnated then they need an abortion, and aswell as for good needs

 @B4LP829answered…1wk1W

 @B44MHBBanswered…4wks4W

Pro life in every circumstance except for when the mother's life is at risk, and providing birth control, sex education, and more social services is vital.

 @B3RYTBJfrom California  answered…1mo1MO

Pro-life, but allow abortion in cases of rape, incest, dangers to mother or child, and in cases of health issues

 @B2DWSRL  from VI  answered…3mos3MO

"Pro-life, as the uncertainty of when life begins calls for caution and prioritizing potential life. However, I support abortion in cases of rape, incest, anencephaly, or danger to the mother's life."

 @B22898Tfrom Texas  answered…4mos4MO

Pro-choice, but limit after fetal viability to cases of rape, incest or danger to the mother or child.

 @9ZVGKSRanswered…5mos5MO

Pro-choice

Pro choice

An abortion is to be a women’s business and a women’s business only. Everyone is free to their own opinion, I fully get that people don’t like abortion and i believe that if you don’t like abortion don’t get one. but i think it’s diabolical that anyone would ever make up someone else’s mind on whether they would get an abortion or not. All well and good if you don’t want one or agree with it, but don’t take away someone else’s rights just because they don’t line up with yours.

 @9ZTZ4P5answered…5mos5MO

Pro-choice

Pro choice but abortion should only be allowed up to 10 weeks except in rare cases of rape, incest, danger to mother etc, but I feel strongly that it should not be used as a form of ‘contraception’ and should have stricter rules with it

 @9ZSNS7Nanswered…5mos5MO

Pro Choice, the law on abortions needs to be reviewed and updated as it doesn’t currently work with the way modern society is.

 @9ZNPDKVNationalanswered…5mos5MO

Pro life but after 2/3 of the pregnancy but pro choice if its rape, incest, or the mothers life is threatened

 @9ZSXM9Tanswered…5mos5MO

Pro choice- just because you wouldn’t do it yourself doesn’t mean you can ban it. IT IS NOT YOUR BODY, IT IS NOT YOUR CHOICE. There are many cases where abortion is completely necessary such as if the pregnancy is putting the mother at risk of major complications or death, some women may become pregnant from rape they should NOT BE FORCED to carry that child, incest and so so many more reasons. Its not personally affecting you and that decision will not have been made in two minutes it will be something they have built an opinion around and something they will think about carefully

 @9ZSLCK9answered…5mos5MO

Pro choice, people can't have there own homes and are financially unable too. These should be basic requirements before people can have a kid

 @9ZHSDT3from New Jersey  answered…5mos5MO

Pro-choice, but ban after 3 months unless it is a health risk to the mother or a case of rape or incest or danger to the child

 @9ZRZZJDanswered…5mos5MO

Pro choice but ban after first 3 months , provide birth control , provide much more sex education , social services and end stigma of sex and pregnancy

 @9ZR6TBHSinn Féinanswered…5mos5MO

Pro-life but pro-choice for economic reasons. In a better world, there would be abundant life and lots of support for all pregnancies

 @9ZKBLH5Fianna Fáilanswered…5mos5MO

Pro life but slow in the cases of rape, incest or danger to the mother of the child and ban after the first 3 months

 @9ZGNTSJanswered…5mos5MO

Pro choice, but I believe in a restriction on when it can happen, and I believe the government owes a responsibility to ensure that the service is used as least as it possibly can i.e. Provide more sex education, make contraceptive free etc.

 @9ZNJXKNfrom New York  answered…5mos5MO

Abortion rights should be extended to men. Women have the option not to become a parent if they don't want to; men should have the identical right.

 @9ZHZC4SSocial Democratsanswered…5mos5MO

Pro-choice up until the fetus becomes viable, with exceptions in cases of rape, incest or danger to the mother or child. Provide birth control, sex education and more social services to help reduce the number of abortions.

 @9YNC9G4answered…5mos5MO

Why would a women body become a decision into law if your not a women and done have a unters you’ve no say in what a women does to her body you don’t bring a law in to say a women can have to choice of her body to then asking what someone opinion is a women is a able to to what she likes to her body without a man’s say my opinion on or choice is great I love it because it’s my body if I want an abrrion due to been financial stable or mentally or have no place to live I’ve a right to what best for my body as a woman your aloud to make your own decision abrtion right have to stay and if they don’t there’ll be upraw and fights remember you can give but if you take a away something it’s show your been disrespectful to a women and her decision why can a men have pills etc .,.

 @9YLSSWLanswered…5mos5MO

Pro-choice, and get rid of the 3 day wait period, also increase the period for when abortion is available

 @8SPXZTXanswered…4yrs4Y

I think that the man should be able to decide with the woman the first time but if the woman gets pregnant a second time the woman should be able to decide by herself. Basically the man will have to pay 18 years of child support but if they don’t prevent impregnating their wife/girlfriend then it’s their fault. It’s hard to explain.

 @9ZDRRGYSinn Féinanswered…5mos5MO

Pro choice but only up to 15 weeks. Anything after should only be done to protect the mothers life and rape and incest

 @9ZB83H5Independentanswered…5mos5MO

Personally pro-life, but a need for increased support for women with unexpected or difficult pregnancies.

 @9ZB7VR2answered…5mos5MO

Pro-choice, but ban abortion after 2 months unless medical emergency where the mother or child is at risk. Additionally, abortion procedures must be humane.

 @9YN486Qanswered…5mos5MO

Pro-choice in terms of cases of rape, incest or a danger to mother or baby but pro-life in terms of not allowing abortion after the first trimester because it’s murder.

 @9ZFGJ3Janswered…5mos5MO

Pro-choice but ban after the first 6 months unless an abortion is necessary in order to save the mothers life

 @9Z9JD8Canswered…5mos5MO

Pro choice, birth control and sex education to reduce abortions but also extended timeframe potentially 16 weeks. As most follow through with abortion when they are sure of it, for those unsure the extra time might allow them to access resources rather than abort in panic that they don’t have the right support to raise a child.

 @9C9FBTManswered…2yrs2Y

 @92FXL4Manswered…3yrs3Y

Pro-choice but ban during the last 3 months unless it's a threat to the mothers life

 @AdamjnrGreenanswered…4yrs4Y

Pro-Life, but allow in cases of rape, incest, or danger to the mother or child
Providing birth control, sex education, and more social services will help reduce the number of illegal abortions (including Irish going to foreign states),
Offer free neutering to all male 6th year & college students to lower unplanned pregnancies as well
(men make women pregnant),as
Offer Long run contraceptives to females in the same group.
And we should bring in safe access zones around hospitals and healthcare centers as women get harassment anyway

 @9YM28YNcommented…5mos5MO

if you say pro life and then but... sorry to breAK it to u ur frigging pro choice

 @8Z3K968answered…3yrs3Y

It’s not good if it is in the first trimester then do it after that that’s just murder. If u don’t want a kid don’t have sex without a condom. But if u don’t want to keep it give it to adoption.

 @964N42Janswered…3yrs3Y

We don't need abortion We need to ban Gilmore Girls and Ginny and Georgia since they promote teenage pregnancy

 @96QHBLJanswered…2yrs2Y

Pro-Life, however abortion should be allowed in the cases where the mother's life or health is at risk because of the baby, rape or incest.

 @AdamjnrGreenanswered…3yrs3Y

(men make women pregnant)
Offer Long run contraceptives or fallopian tube tying to females in the same group.
And we should bring in safe access zones around hospitals and healthcare centers as women get harassment anyway
the patriarchy and sexism of modern society would still exist and need to be dealt with

 @9HD2Q4Vanswered…1yr1Y

Neutral. But also believe more in solutions to reduce teen pregnancy and pregnancy itself,but I leave that to experts

 @AdamjnrGreenanswered…4yrs4Y

Pro-choice, and providing birth control, sex education, and more social services will help reduce the number of abortions, but ban after the first 12 weeks. Father should be neutered if married to mother

 @8Q4SN7Danswered…4yrs4Y

Pro-life, but allow in cases of rape, fatal foetal abnormality or threat to the life of the mother

 @9YXLFB7answered…5mos5MO

Pro choice

Abortion should be provided without a 3 day wait, without a need to give a reason, to any woman, without judgement, free. Schools should not promote a prolife stance - ever - Catholic ethos or not. GP’s should do their job and not be allowed to ‘opt out’ of women’s health care.

 @9CH96Z4answered…2yrs2Y

Pro-choice, with a ban after three months unless there is harm to the mother and an increase in services around protection, education and child care

 @9BJNKFBanswered…2yrs2Y

Vasectomies are safer, easier, faster, cheaper, reversible, more responsible and unnoticeable while sparing women and babies from the experience of abortion, a bad life and dangerous major surgery and drugs. This should be available as a norm and promoted from a young age. The current system creates misery, death and misogyny. Abortion can be merciful but should be done before heart beat and if necessary after that, be strictly funded or available

 @99H53BLanswered…2yrs2Y

 @98HP2R9answered…2yrs2Y

Allow abortion only in the case where the woman’s or baby’s health is in danger.Or if the baby is known to have already passed away.

 @8YLXLQPSocial Democratsanswered…3yrs3Y

Abortions should be the last resort but allow it when there is danger to the mother

If it had the death penalty, the patriarchy and sexism of modern society would still be desperate women who think it is truly the only choice they have.
