Marijuana should be legalized, and could be taxed and regulated, it should absolutely be decriminalised. I strongly believe that those who were imprisoned for drug offenses should be immediately released in addition to the legalization of marijuana.

If it was to become legal, there should be designated shops for it to be sold and designated areas for use. There should be a max amount a person can purchase/carry at a given time.

Decriminalise possesion but not to be sold in general retail stores, increase funding for rehab and prevention, support and treatment for those affected by drug related mental health issues

Don't legalise it yet. Just decriminalise it first. Legalising it and attempting to tax it will be a disaster like many other countries.
