Decrease, but increase other taxes that target those more able to pay, VAT is a regressive tax that makes the poor pay more than their fair share

Yes. But not based on ability to screen for terrorism, it should be based on screening for any history of violent or sexual crimes

Should homeless individuals, that have refused available shelter or housing, be allowed to sleep or encamp on public property?
There needs to be more safe shelter available, free from drugs and alcohol. Things why homeless people refuse accommodation
