Marijuana should be legalized, and could be taxed and regulated, it should absolutely be decriminalised. I strongly believe that those who were imprisoned for drug offenses should be immediately released in addition to the legalization of marijuana.

I think legalize it but put out the true information about the benefits but also about the dangers and let people make their own choice on it

 @9ZTZ4P5answered…3wks3W

Yes but only for medicinal use when it’s proven to benefit eg. Mental illness , but have strict policies on it

Cannabis will always find a way, there will always be users and it would be more beneficial to the public to have this regulated. Studies across the world has shown how much more danger is brought in the illegal market, young people disadvantaged or not are being taken advantage of by gangs and older adults, criminalised and often given records that affect the ability to find work. These people should be given help and resources to do better rather than criminalised at such young ages which is known to start a cycle. Neither should anyone be criminalised for addiction. The current system is feeding what it is trying to fight.

Maybe, pending more research into the public affects of it. Any non-violont drug offenders should be released or have their cases reviewed.

I don’t believe that it should be criminalised but I don’t think it’s the most harmful drug there is. I don’t think it should be made avaliable in your local shop but I don’t think there should be a ban on it and penalties for being caught with it.
