Yes, but only if they are at least 16 years old AND have undergone sufficient psychiatric counseling with the result confirming that they understand the potential long-term impacts and consequences of the treatment, AND they continue to receive psychiatric treatment afterwards.

I have never known the immense challenges that a person is faced with when they are unable to identify with the gender they were assigned at birth.

I am also aware the operations and procedures involved when a person is transitioning can be physically and emotionally painful.

Ultimately it is not my desire to limit or prevent anyone from living a full and happy life. In regards to minors I would like insist there is an increased duty of care from Guardians and medical professionals when they guide minors in their transition journey. And treat every case as an individual.

Yes however just non-surgical treatments and should be evaluated at 18 by a psychiatrist to ensure they are in the right mind to make the decision

Gender affirming care is life saving treatment but we need to better fund our mental health services to make sure we are properly supporting trans youth and identifying where their desire for care may be stemming from a separate issue. Case-by-case.

I think people under 18 years of age should be allowed access to hormone replacement treatment and puberty blockers but must be at least 18 to go through with surgeries.
