Are you in favour of decriminalising drug use?

In 2015, Ireland will move towards decriminalizing substances including heroin, cocaine and cannabis. The program will also create designated rooms in Dublin where heroin users can inject themselves. Proponents of legalisation argue that instead of shaming addicts, Ireland’s drug policy should focus on treating them. Opponents argue that legalization program encourages widespread drug use.

yes, only for clinically controlled, commercially safe drugs, and only for relatively safe ages 25+ years of age to prevent brain deterioration.

Decriminalisation for possession but harsher sentencing for selling

Decriminalise the use of drugs so that addicts can find the help they need without fear of prosecution, but punish drug dealers.

It depends on the drug and how much of it they have in posession as well as intended target of sales.

I think that there should be a sentence for rehab, however no jail time. Unless they were selling the drugs.
