Addicts are not criminals, they are sick and must be treated as patients instead of inmates. They need our help and pushing them into prisons as punishment will only worsen their problems and therefore make it harder for us too.

Ridiculous at best, there are countries that have the death penalty for drug dealers and it hasn't stopped the flow of drugs, it just creates a more vicious system.
