There should be more funding into the research for cleaner fuels. Taxing those who use diesel vehicles puts pressure on low income individuals. Trying to roll out more electric cars might be bad for the environment because of how much energy and emissions can come out of manufacturing them. We need to find more ways to decouple manufacturing costs and sustainability by finding cleaner solutions
