Decriminalising drugs like Marijuana not only allows people to access safer marijuana through dispensaries, it also prevents the drug from being traded illegally. Furthermore, if marijuana is decriminalised, it can save a lot of space in prisons. It should be treated the same as alcohol, where only 18 year olds (or older) can legally purchase and access it, and it can only be done on your own property/in correct venues for it.
