No, the effect that driving non electric vehicles has on the environment is considerably less than big corporations. This change would bring the level of carbon emissions down by an amount that makes it a pointless effort.

Cars numbers should be dropped heavily via taxes and alternatives like public transport, and they should all be as environmentally friendly as possible.
