if you repeatedly commit crimes that are blatantly obvious with undeniable evidence, no lawyer should be given. Again, depends on the severity of the crime.

I believe that it depends on the circumstance of the crime- ie if it is a non-violent crime such as stealing as a means of getting by then yes, repeat offenders should be entitled to free legal aid. However violent or crimes with malicous intent should not.
