The current amount suits but I think they should be monitored as companies use this as an excuse to lower wages and higher cheaper labour, making working conditions awful for some.

Decrease. Focus on retaining and hiring your own citizens who are paying for college education to enter roles in this companies, rather than ignoring applications from citizens and forcing them to emigrate when they don't particularly want to leave.

I am currently satisfied with the current amount but the amount of paper work that current immigrat workers have to do to keep working here and the cost of it is ridiculous.

We should be making this country worth while to stay and work in for our own. Ireland is one of the top countries in terms of skill level. Irish tradesmen are exceptional but the government are driving them to find better places to make better lives through the rising cost of living and lack of housing. We work to live, not live to work.

We should first address the mass migration of our own (mainly young) talented and skilled workers before any decision is made on this. In the meantime, increase to address these needs... and only once the housing crises has been resolved.
