Yes, but it should be after living here for a period of time and it should be tested on the general population to make sure current citizens would pass it, and governments should provide the education needed to pass

I do think yes, but it should only cover very basic and simple topics but also most citizens couldn't even pass a citizenship test, so it doesn't really matter.
