Government should open currently closed rail stations providing more public transport

The green bus that goes from Kildare to Dublin City Center was reliable when it first got its contract but now is unreliable and operating at 1/3 rd of what it is supposed/ contracted to supply, it should be made to reapply yearly for its contract so that it will be encouraged to actually provide a reliable service
