More development into alternative fuel sources and electric vehicles should take place first. We are not in a position to depend wholly on electric vehicles or alternative fuels. We survive on diesel vehicles, and will continue to, until there is sufficient evidence for safety, cost, infrastructure and economic viability of electric vehicles and alternative fuels.
