I would learn how to speak Irish more and push for the Irish language to be taught in schools differently

Introduce a proper way of teaching the Irish language to those in education, provide grants for things which promote “irish culture” e.g irish dancing.

I would heavily support peaceful organisations which promote the use of the language, be it through clubs, fitness, politics, or media.

Since the 1970's the Welsh have been encouraging positively and successfully a revivification of their language and culture. The current way the Irish language is taught and learned in Schools is a joke, foreign languages like French/German/Spanish etc are taught better by 2nd language learner Teachers than even by native gaelgeoirs but that is the cirriculum they're taught. The rise of Irish language schools fill me with hope in reviving this but as a young Millenial? Couldn't even speak a sentence despite spending a summer in a Gaeltacht.

Support ultralight enterprises and continue to tach the language and culture in schools.
