Each EU member state has a responsibility to take Migrants as a result of several on going events in the Middle East, Sahel, etc., though a model would be needed to evenly distribute these individuals. Some examples would be a nations current economy, the state of their housing, their ability to integrate migrants successfully, etc., etc.
