I think businesses should ask that employees get vaccinated for X,Y and Z reasons and that employees should make this decision for themselves.

Yes, save for exceptions of people who might be endangered by receiving the vaccine (eg. immunocompromised people).

I think it should be mandatory for the employees to be educated on the vaccines but not made mandatory to get them if they don’t want to
