A British couple, both aged 20, have been arrested at Istanbul airport in Turkey after allegedly attempting to smuggle two suitcases packed with cannabis.
Holly Cooper and Taylor Johnson were reportedly en route from Thailand to the UK when Turkish customs discovered the drugs. The pair now face up to 30 years in a Turkish prison if convicted of drug smuggling charges. Their families and friends have described them as 'good kids' who made a serious mistake.
