Public gambling should be legally regulated, and people should be encouraged to gamble responsibly and budget themselves, without making gambling feel like a chore. Ultimately, gambling is a personal choice, and when it is not run by criminals, there is nothing fundamentally wrong with engaging in these activities. Online gambling on the other hand should be banned outright.
