I don’t think they should be sleeping on public property if they have had an opportunity to sleep indoors where it’s safe

However, I think it’s very important to not sell dreams to people and promise individuals that there are available shelters housing when we can see that there isn’t. Enough with all the false hope put money in places where it benefits the people of this country.
