No, I think for now there is huge crises in the EU, as interesting as space is- we need to deal with what is going on here first. The climate crisis, suicide epidemic, homelessness

 @9ZD69XPanswered…5mos5MO

More Important things here on Earth should be sorted out first and should only be considered if certain programs benefited the people of Europe in a meaningful way

 @9Z979SPanswered…5mos5MO

I think that any investment into space programmes should also be offset by investment into public causes, e.g. healthcare, housing

There are other things I care about and this one is on the bottom of my list to be completely honest.

 @9YMGX38answered…5mos5MO

The EU should focus on other issues such as housing, homelessness, the climate crisis etc before focusing on space travel

complicated issue - but priority should be the people before we even discuss breaching the atmosphere

 @9ZCWNPCanswered…5mos5MO

Yes, investing in satellite programs to expand access to Internet, etc. But not necessarily space exploration

 @9ZCTZV6answered…5mos5MO

No that money must be put to programmes that benefit people in the EU, the only person space exploration benefits is the rich.

 @9ZCN6K8answered…5mos5MO

not at the expense of the people. if you have money for space toys you have money to give people homes and food.

 @9WJLB7Janswered…6mos6MO

Yes in the esa but also I would very strongly support a domestic space agency I'm ireland ISA (irish space agency)

No, the better use of funding will be to invest in supercomputing to analyse the abundant information we already have access to.

 @9NPRC8Xanswered…11mos11MO

I think the eu should be more worried about what's going on in the world. When that's done then worry about space

 @9NMGQG2PBB Solidarityanswered…11mos11MO

We should invest in satellite programmes but make sure to have a focus on the many problems down on our own planet

 @9NLLGK4answered…11mos11MO

With the James Webb telescope, investment in supercomputers to parse the large amount of information is probably a better investment. As for satellites, I have no opinion.
