Saudi Arabia and Iran are the two largest sponsors of ongoing conflict across the Middle East as the two power houses behind the Sunni and Shia worlds respectively. There can be no way that any country could morally advocate against a rapprochement between Saudi Arabia and Iran.

I think government should support it but from a diplomacy point of view i.e. not overstepping boundaries within countries in question but can surely promote peace on home soil
