I do not think that providing financial aid directly to the Taliban will aid those most in need, I think that other humanitarian aid would be more suitable, for example, sustainable ways of producing food as well as emergency food and medical supplies.

No, the Taliban government can't be trusted to use aid money in good faith, but sanctions should be lifted as they only hurt the people.

Yes, but it should be conditional on the human rights standards. If Afghanistan promises to progress out from the ways of old and improve the life of all its citizens we should offer a helping hand.
