No, except US Jews with ties to Israel, US citizens tied to Pro-Israel lobbying groups, US citizens tied to groups promoting rampant deregulation causing runaway inequality in the US, and Israeli nationals. Ameliorate the citizenship-by-descent rule to those not disqualified by the aforementioned criteria who have at least one great-grandparent or two great-great-grandparents born in Ireland (instead of making this an exception that has to be ruled in favor of by the Minister of Justice).
