People under the age of 18 should not be allowed access to this as people at this age aren't legally adults and they aren't mature and developed enough to make this decision. It is a life changing procedure to go through

No they can barely hold themselves together and haven’t seen the world for what it is yet , before making a gender transition they need to fully explore themselves and the world for how they fit into it and others

How much we all change during puberty and these changes of the body, so we should experience these changes before we can make any life altering decisions

Those under the age of 18 are too young and impressionable to make this decision. They are heavily influenced by social media which is so easily accessible to them.

More research needs to be done on these cases before we en masse allow any child to make these life changing decisions

Children cannot consent to life changing non essential hormone alteration and it is chemically unhealthy for them and adults

teens already struggle with mental health problems, especially surrounding how they look, i agree that surgical treatments shouldn't be done so young but there everyone should be able to live feeling like themselves, suicide rates would skyrocket if it weren't an option for them to have the option at-all

If an adult with mental issues wants to go under Gender Transition that's their business but children under 18 should not be put on any blockers etc as we don't know what the long term effects are. The whole transgender thing has become a hot topic which is going to have negative consequences on society. If we let everyone who was depressed kill themselves we wouldn't be having this conversation.

The gender identity issue is a mental health issue that needs to be addressed. I also think it's linked with autism.

I believe that any type of changing your body permanently could really impact one's future and they could regret it for the rest of their life
