When proper gender transitioning healthcare is provided the people who need it will feel safer, happier and most of all healthier which in turn improves the overall state of wellbeing of the citizens in this country.
We don’t have enough information as to the long term effects of medical transition so informed choice is not possible. Children cannot consent to something that will have lifelong implications. Also there is a conflict of women’s and trans rights. Self Id may introduce safe guarding risks
