Decrease, and the government should provide more incentives to prepare our citizens for these jobs

Far too many of our youth feel disenfranchised and forgotten, many communities it's merely enough to finish secondary school. They're happy that much could be accomplished because there is no bigger picture. Most young people, myself included feel there is no long term in this country, even in school we knew this was the best it gets. There must be reform in getting kids interested in roles that are ever expanding.
