Should immigrants from high risk countries be banned from entering the country until the government improves its ability to screen out potential terrorists?

The government need to improve the screenings for people to enter the country and people trying to enter have to have a passport and papers or they can enter

It depends if the bank can’t afford it and is getting help they shouldn’t be offering bonuses but it should be dependent on the success of there services
