The latest Henley Passport Index reveals a significant shift in global passport power, with Asian countries like Singapore, Japan, and South Korea dominating the top spots for visa-free travel.
Singapore retains its position as the world's most powerful passport, granting access to 193 destinations, while Japan and South Korea tie for second place. Meanwhile, the US and UK have both dropped in the rankings, with the US falling to its lowest-ever 10th place. India made the largest leap, climbing from 85th to 77th, now offering its citizens visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to 59 countries.
The rankings highlight growing mobility for Asian nations and a widening gap for countries like the US, UK, and Pakistan, whose passports have lost relative strength.
