No, the government shouldn't make cuts to public spending in order to reduce the national debt

They should properly allocate funds. I feel that a lot of the money the government has isn't spent well, like they don't actually know what they're doing. They throw a lot of one-time lump sums at different issues and never actually set up a system to help which would save so much money in the long run. I feel like they need to sort the system out and actually look at what they're spending before they cut or increase public spending.
