'Several thousands' of North Korean troops set to be sent to Ukraine frontline

A Ukrainian military intelligence official told the ISW that 'several thousand' North Korean infantry personnel are training within Russia. He added that the Russian military command could deploy them to the frontline in Ukraine by the end of 2024 or to Russian border areas to free up Russian 'reserves' to fight within Ukraine.
