In my view, property, whether it be tools / land / housing, that is useful to the community would become more available to the community, which would be positive. However, in an anarchist system there would be little control over how the property is maintained. I think anarchism would bring about an increase in degradation of property and utilities, increased pollution and the erosion of protection for workers and families.
