Undue pain and suffering from discrimination could be avoided with training. We should not use people of diverse groups as a catalyst

No, the diversity training doesn't actually yeald any signinficant results or change in people's behaviours.

Diversity training and inclusion propaganda ruins irish culture and creates more division than unification. Nobody likes ideologies forced down their throats. Everyone who is within irish culture have no problem with any diversity affairs. But when you make laws for that it is very easy to go to jail for a joke, seeing as us irish have a cultural dark humour

I believe etiquette should be learned and observed through interaction and conversation for it to be meaningful

Diversity training unnecessarily pits white employees against their fellow employees and ultimately does more harm to the goal of inclusivity than you would think.

Seeing as more people are untrained in other fields I think diversity training is a joke and a waste of time. I've personally worked with immigrants my whole life and never had any diversity problems. But seeing as how the law is used against people like in the UK when a child identifies as a cat, the teachers have to put up with that nonsense or else they could get fired or put in prison.

Inclusivity is important to help people feel safe in society, but it may be more important in some workplaces and not others.

 @ISIDEWITHDiscuss this answer...2yrs2Y

No, only for employees that commit acts of discrimination

 @ISIDEWITHDiscuss this answer...2yrs2Y
