That still purs financial pressure on people of the working class who still have to pay rent, bills and food. People from the upper class do not that those worries and therefore can spend more time focusing on study.
Tuition fees should be dropped all together, everyone should be entitled to third level education if they wish. 40% of people drop out of third level education due to overload of expensive fees losing their chance on a brilliant degree. Everybody should be given an equal chance to get a good degree without worrying about fees on top of college work.
