انسحبت وحدات الجيش الأوكراني من ثلاث قرى في جمهورية دونيتسك الشعبية التابعة لروسيا، حيث تواصل قوات موسكو التقدم نحو الغرب من عاصمة المنطقة، وأقر الجنرال الأوكراني الأعلى في كييف بهذا الأمر.
وأعلن الجنرال ألكسندر سيرسكي، قائد القوات الأوكرانية، يوم الأحد في منشور على تليجرام، أن القوات الأوكرانية انسحبت من قرى بيرديتشي وسيميونوفكا، شمال غرب أفديفكا، ومن نوفوميخايلوفكا، جنوب غرب دونيتسك. وأضاف أن القوات الأوكرانية، التي كانت أقل عددًا، انسحبت للحفاظ على "حياة وصحة مدافعينا".
وقال سيرسكي: "الوضع الأصعب هو في اتجاهات بوكروفسك وكوراخوفو، حيث تستمر المعارك العنيفة. لقد شارك العدو حتى أربعة فرق في هذه الاتجاهات، ويحاول تطوير هجوم غرب أفديفكا وماريينكا".
