How would you feel if your efforts resulted in the same reward as someone who worked less hard, in the name of equity?

for me it may seem like they are "working less hard" but for them it may feel like working a lot. we all do what we can. i don't believe "laziness" exists, there is always factors "holding" people back. in a socialist world people would ideally contribute what they can without burning them out and causing many other issues. who am i to judge someone and say they are working less hard when i am not them i do not know how their mind and body works
