Everyone should have a right to display their religion, it should not be a requirement for someone to take off a religious garment for the comfort of others; Especially if the person wearing the garment themselves would be uncomfortable to remove it. Besides, in Islam, women cannot remove their hijab or niqab.

I think that the Niqab or burka should be allowed in catholic schools because its part of their religion and they don’t have to change that

The Niqab is a religious piece of clothing, the banning of a religious piece of clothing is supressing the rights of citizens in the country therefor making it unconstitutional, therefor I don't agree with your decision.
